Paolo Bertholier is a chef with internationals experiences of gourmet cuisine in relais &chateaux, michelin starred restaurant, 5 stars luxury resort and more private chef services around the alps mountains, Chamonix, Courmayeur, Breuil-cervinia, Geneva, Verbier, La thuile, Courchevel.
Paolo has a clear philosophy about cuisine, he want to use seasonal vegetables and fishing produces, excellent cheese, savoury meats and special homemade italian pasta, together to create authentic and tasty dishes.
