Paolo has a clear philosophy about cuisine, he want to use seasonal vegetables and fishing produces, excellent cheese, savoury meats and special homemade italian pasta, together to create authentic and tasty dishes.

About the private chef service, it’s possible to organize a meal with restaurant quality food in the confort of your home.

A chef take a care of everything, purchasing the ingredients, preparing the meal in your kitchen, the plated service and then tidying up the kitchen before leaving.

With the chef you personalise your request, what type of cuisine you wish to have, italian, mediterranean, bbq, kosher, nordic cuisine, north african, vegetarian, vegan, healthy food or any intolerances and if you’re unsure on your desired menu, or have a particular dish in mind, the chef will be able to work with you to mix & macth our menus.

If the customer wishes, we can guarantee professional sommelier ,barman and maitre de maison, to make this service even more elegant, sober and refined.
